Booking Terms & Conditions:

1. Strictly no smoking in the villa. We regret that pets are not permitted.

2. The villa is offered for occupation from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.

3. A non returnable deposit of 30% of the total rental price is payable when booking. The balance is required no later than 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. Kindly insure that all payments are transferred to us in full net of any bank charges which are payable by the renter.

4. We do require a returnable security deposit of 300 euros, paid locally against any loss or damage casued to the villa & its contents.

5. The rental is inclusive of electricity & water costs, all bed linen & towels are also provided. Pool towels are not provided.

6. The villa is cleaned before your arrival and we respectfully request that you leave the property clean & tidy     at the end of your holiday. Would you also insure any washing up is done & rubbish left outside the property  in sealed plastic bags in the bins provided.

7. The person making the booking will be responsible for any breakages, loss or damage to the villa or its fixtures & fittings. Any damages should be reported immediately so that items can be repaired or replaced as quickly as possible.

8. Please note that the villa is rented entirely at the risk of the tenant and no responsibility can be accepted by the owners for any loss or injury however caused. Please check that your personal accident insurance is in order for you and your party during your stay in the villa. We recommend that you take out adequate holiday insurance to include personal accident and forced cancellation resulting in the loss of any prepaid rental.

9. We accept no responsibility for any costs or reimbursements due to cancellations unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. We accept no responsibility for any type of noise howsoever caused in the vicinity of the villa.

11. Should a malfunction or breakdown occur to any appliance associated to the villa we will endeavour to     repair or replace the items concerned as soon as possible. We accept no responsibility however for     inconveience caused by delay in fixing said problems due to difficulties in obtaining specialist tradesmen or parts.

12. We reserve the right to carry out repairs, alterations, improvements and general maintenance to the villa and grounds as becomes necessary. We will endeavour to carry out these works in the winter months when the villa is unoccupied to minimize any disruption.
